What we hold, and why.

Solar Agent Hub is operated by WattMonk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, headquartered in India and operating globally, including in the United States and the European Economic Area.

Three categories worth keeping distinct:

• Account data — name, work email and organisation of the people who sign in, plus billing records.
• Connected-account content — the plan-sets, survey photos, bills and messages an agent reads to do the job you asked for, accessed from your own Drive and mailbox under the OAuth scopes you granted.
• Operational records — which run happened, which specialist handled it, what it produced, what was approved, and what it drew from your allowance.

To run the jobs you ask for, to show you what a run did, to bill accurately, and to keep the service secure and available. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your documents to train models shared with other customers.

Running a job means sending the relevant content to a model provider for processing. We use Google (Gemini and Vertex AI), OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity, selected per task by our own gateway. Only what the job needs is sent, and only for the duration of that run.

Alongside the model providers above we rely on Composio as the connector broker for OAuth into your apps, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services for hosting and file storage, Pinecone for the vector index behind company memory, and PayPal for payment processing. A list of sub-processors that handle personal data of individuals located in the EU is available on request.

Backups are retained for up to 90 days. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days through an automated, irreversible process. Contracts and billing information are retained as law requires, and for at least five years. Anonymised data may be retained as needed to run the service.

Depending on where you are, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain processing, or ask us to move it. WattMonk operates under the GDPR for individuals in the EEA and under the CCPA/CPRA for California residents.

Company memory is built for this in the product itself: every belief the system holds cites its source and can be read, edited or deleted from inside your account.
