Solar Agent Hub provides AI agents that carry out solar operations tasks inside the accounts you connect. Agents produce drafts, reports, filled forms and diagrams.

You remain responsible for reviewing what they produce before it is filed, sent or relied on. Nothing the platform returns is professional engineering advice or a substitute for a licensed reviewer where one is required by the authority having jurisdiction.

You need an account to use the service and you are responsible for what happens under it. Sessions are authenticated with signed tokens; keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for having authority to connect the accounts you connect, and for the scopes you grant when you do.

Your documents remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to process them in order to run the jobs you ask for, and to keep the operational record of those runs. That permission ends when you stop using the service, subject to the retention windows set out in the privacy page.

Do not use the service to break the law, to submit knowingly false information to a permitting authority or a financier, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell access without an agreement covering it. Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to connect.

A plan carries a token allowance the whole team draws from, along with storage and file limits set by that plan. Credits can be topped up at any time, and redemption codes add credits where issued. Each run shows what it will draw before it starts and what it drew when it finished.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Plan price, currency and billing interval are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe.

We aim to keep the service running and to give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Priority support and service-level commitments are attached to higher-tier plans; what applies to your account is the tier you are on. We do not publish a blanket uptime guarantee, and would rather not imply one.

Agents can miss things, which is why every outbound action stops for your approval and every run leaves a receipt. Review the output before you file it. Where an error causes a loss, WattMonk’s master terms of service govern liability and remedies.

You can stop at any time from your account settings. We may suspend an account for a serious breach of acceptable use. On termination your data is deleted within 30 days; export what you need before you close the account.
